OLYMPIC ARCHITECTURE · FOR ORGANIZATIONS

High performance, installed — not rented

Olympic Architecture is the organizational application of the Olympic Echelon Performance System — taught to your leaders, never done around them.

Most engagements leave when the invoice is paid, and take the capability with them. We teach your leaders to diagnose, design, and sustain high performance themselves — the way elite sport builds athletes who win without the coach in the pool.

ORGANIZATIONS, ONE METHOD

Same path, translated to each room

Taught by an Olympic gold and silver medalist who has worked at the center of enterprise transformation. Your leaders learn a method with the structural rigor of an architect and the results discipline of elite
sport — and they keep it.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

The capability that stays

THE MODEL

Reset → Development → Embedding

Three phases. Each one teaches your leaders to do the next thing themselves.

Reset · 4 weeks — Learn to see it.

We teach your leadership team the diagnostic and facilitate them in producing their own read of the gap. You leave with your diagnosis, authored by your team, and a roadmap. Bookable, priced, complete in itself.

Development · 3–12 months — Learn to build it.

Your team redesigns the way the organisation works; we coach them through it. Where that reaches roles, reporting lines, or how performance is held, your organisation does that work, under its own authority — we teach the method, not the mechanism. They do the work; we build their capability to keep doing it.

Embedding · 1–3 years — Prove it holds

The team becomes the visible example. The method spreads by demonstration. Our involvement drops to near zero. Your people run it without us — the only outcome that counts.

WHO IT’S FOR

Defined by authority, not title

CxOs, board members, and director-level leaders typically have it. But the qualifier isn’t seniority — it’s authority.

The test: can you move directly on reorganization yourself, without another function or a formal process clearing it first? If yes, Olympic Architecture is built for you. If you’d need someone else’s sign-off before acting on what the diagnosis finds, it isn’t — yet.

This isn’t built for a buying committee. The mandate is arranged with one person, directly. Training begins once that mandate exists.

WHAT WORKING WITH US LOOKS LIKE

The mechanics, before you book

Before you commission anything else: you have likely already tried the usual moves — a strategy consultancy, an engagement survey, a leadership coach for the team that is struggling most. Each one helped for a quarter. None of it held. What you need is a precise diagnosis, language your board will accept as structural rather than cosmetic, and a defined point where the engagement ends.

The sequence starts with you, not a proposal to a committee. You arrange the mandate directly. Training begins once it exists — first with you, then with the leadership team you bring in.

1
The discovery call 30 minutes · learn whether the fit is real

We name one real gap together — a stalled initiative, a retention number moving the wrong way, a team that hits target and burns out doing it — and read it against the method live, on the call. You leave with a first read of the diagnosis and a straight answer on fit. Not a proposal.

2
Reset 4 weeks · you and your leadership team learn the diagnostic

Once the mandate is yours to give, we teach you and the leadership team you select a structured way to read the gap between the strategy on paper and the strategy in daily behaviour — what to interview for, what to watch for in a meeting, how to score what they find. Across four working sessions, your team runs the diagnostic on your own organisation and produces its own findings.

What your team produces: a written diagnosis in their own words, ranked first moves, and a roadmap for what Development would build.

Where we step back: at the end of week four, the document is theirs. Reset is priced and complete in itself — many organisations stop here.

3
Development 3–12 months · your team learns to redesign how the organisation runs

Your working group — drawn from people who want to own this, across levels and functions, not the org chart — redesigns standards, feedback loops, role definitions, and decision rights. We coach them through each cycle: how to test a change, how to read whether it held, how to adjust.

What your team produces: a redesigned way of working, built and tested in their own context.

Where we step back: session by session, we hand more of the facilitation to your internal group, until they are running the cycle without a coach in the room.

4
Embedding 1–3 years · the team becomes the proof

Your working group becomes the visible example inside the organisation — their unit runs differently, and other teams start asking how. We coach the group to teach what they have learned to the next team, so the method spreads by demonstration, not directive.

Where we step back: this is the exit condition. When your own people are running the method without us, the engagement has done its job.

You leave with board language for why this is structural — and a defined stopping point, if you want one.

An Olympic medal; sport systems that outlast the engagement; organisational transformations across three enterprises — the same method, in three rungs of the same ladder.

€2.35M in annual operating cost freed within a single enterprise engagement.
